I didn't weigh myself for day 5. And I don't remember my facts and figures. I totally slacked on this for this one. But here it is anyway:

Weight: ??? pounds
Went to bed last night at: 3:00am
Got up at: 9:30am
Exercise: Low daily exercise (work).
Food: Can't remember
Drink: Somewhere around 4-5 8-oz glasses.
Vitamins, etc.: Two probiotics.
How I Felt: Had a bad day. That's why I didn't blog. Sorry...
